Heejung Lee is a Professor at the Division of Interdisciplinary Industrial Studies. He is also affiliated with the Graduate School of Technology and Innovation Management, Hanyang University. He received a Ph.D. from the Korea Advanced Insitute of Science and Technology in 2007. His dissertation was about workflow structuring methods for product development.
Before joining Hanyang University in 2013, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering, Daegu University for 5 years. He also spent 5 years as a senior engineer at Samsung Electronics Company.
He teaches business process management and knowledge engineering, and R&D management. His recent research interests cover knowledge discovery, ontology engineering, and business process management.
